# BleuWi — Privacy policy

> BleuWi helps apps exchange information directly between paired devices, using Bluetooth Low Energy and local Wi-Fi. The name brings together BLE, **U** — you — and Wi-Fi. You stay at the center; the message does not need a cloud relay. We keep it blue.

## What this policy covers

**BleuWi** is reusable communication software developed by **0x2ecom**, an individual entrepreneur and the developer of TacTacGo. Contact: [go@tactacgo.com](mailto:go@tactacgo.com).

This policy describes the shared BleuWi component running inside an Android app. It does not describe every app that uses it. The app's publisher chooses the information to send, the recipients, backup rules and support services, and remains responsible for those choices. For TacTacGo, read the [TacTacGo privacy policy](PRIVACY_POLICY.md). A different app must explain its own processing; using BleuWi alone is not a guarantee about that app's other behavior.

## What BleuWi does with information

BleuWi finds paired devices, authenticates connections, delivers messages directly over Bluetooth Low Energy or local Wi-Fi, retries when needed and records delivery outcomes. It carries the app's content without interpreting its meaning as a routine, conversation or other user activity.

**BleuWi has no cloud relay, personal account, advertising service or behavioral analytics service.** Its direct message delivery does not send the content to 0x2ecom or an online tracking service. TacTacGo's private routines and alarms therefore need no internet or cloud transit for synchronization. This statement concerns BleuWi communication; an app's separate online services and choices still matter.

## Records on your device

Within the app's local storage, BleuWi uses peer identifiers and roles, pairing/trust records, keys and certificates, discovery and connection information, pending messages, delivery/receipt records and recovery state. These records authenticate the intended peer and allow delivery to resume safely.

Pending content remains locally while delivery is active, until completion, cancellation, expiry or removal under the app's delivery rules. Completed delivery records retain identity and outcome rather than the application payload. Trust records remain until the relationship or app data is removed. Local diagnostic records have bounded storage and rotation. Deleting app storage removes its local records; another paired device can retain its own copy, and backups or exported files must be managed separately.

Bluetooth discovery and local-network service announcements are visible to nearby or same-network devices. Connection metadata is necessary for communication. Discovery advertisements do not contain the app's private message content. Bluetooth and Wi-Fi access serve connectivity, not location tracking.

## Diagnostics, backup and other services

BleuWi can produce local technical logs and connection reports: timestamps, technical peer/message identifiers, connection events, errors, radio conditions and software/device details. Normal diagnostic capture excludes message content, credentials, invitation secrets, user names and raw network addresses. These protections do not make every exported support bundle anonymous, especially when an app adds its own logs or text.

**A local BleuWi report is not an upload.** The app controls export, sharing, recipients and retention outside the device. In TacTacGo, each incident upload requires the user's choice; its support policy explains the data, possible AI-assisted review and retention. Other apps must disclose their own arrangements.

Android backup or device transfer can copy eligible app data according to the host app's rules and your settings. Online purchases, account services, cloud setup invitations and support endpoints belong to the host app, even if a technical report or endpoint uses the BleuWi name. They are not part of BleuWi's direct message transport.

## Responsibility and your rights

Running BleuWi does not give its developer a server copy of the messages or local records. The host app's publisher is your contact for its processing purposes, legal bases, service providers, international transfers and rights requests. Parents and guardians should use the app's controls for children's information.

For TacTacGo or a question sent directly to 0x2ecom, contact [go@tactacgo.com](mailto:go@tactacgo.com). Correspondence you send is processed to answer your request and resolve the issue, under the support, provider, retention and rights terms in the linked TacTacGo policy. Do not send private message contents unless necessary. You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection or portability where applicable, and withdraw consent for optional processing. GDPR requests are normally answered within one month, with any permitted extension explained in that period. You can complain to the [CNIL](https://www.cnil.fr/fr/plaintes) or your local data-protection authority.

This policy page is hosted on the TacTacGo website; its [website and hosting disclosures](PRIVACY_POLICY.md#website-visits-and-optional-testing) apply when you visit it. It uses system fonts and local styling, without analytics or third-party image/font requests.

## Security you can understand

BleuWi authenticates paired connections and keeps transport records on your devices. These measures reduce unnecessary online exposure; they cannot guarantee absolute security or control what a host app does outside BleuWi. Keep devices, permissions and software under your control.
